Bishops of the Global Methodist Church held their first in-person gathering Dec. 3-5 in Dallas. It was the first such gathering for most of the bishops, since all but two were elected in September at General Conference.

The Global Methodist Church has released the Book of Doctrines & Discipline that was approved at the 2024 General Conference in Costa Rica. It will be in effect from Jan. 1, 2025 until its successor is published after the 2026 General Conference.
